System Limits
Automated scraping or bypassing API rate limits is prohibited to ensure stable performance for all users.
No Content Hosting
We act solely as an interface. We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted media files on our servers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GenYT Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the application immediately.
2. Description of Service
GenYT Pro is an intermediary web interface and utility tool. We provide a streamlined platform for searching, previewing, and requesting available media extraction links. GenYT Pro does not host, upload, or control any of the multimedia content displayed through its interface.
3. User Responsibilities & Copyright
You are solely responsible for how you utilize extracted media. You agree to use GenYT Pro only for content where you have the rights, permission, or another lawful basis. Downloading copyrighted material for unauthorized commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Activities
To ensure service stability for everyone, you agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to scrape our backend APIs; (b) deploy automated bots to bypass rate limits; (c) use the service for any unlawful activities; or (d) intentionally distribute malicious software disguised as media links.
5. Third-Party Content & External Links
Our application relies on external platforms (like YouTube and Google-owned domains) to fetch metadata and media. We have no control over their servers, content availability, or region restrictions. If a third-party platform removes a video, it will inherently become unavailable on GenYT Pro.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GenYT Pro is provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. Extraction links are dynamically generated and may expire based on third-party backend policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenYT Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, loss of data, or reliance on third-party content provided through the interface.
8. Service Access & Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or block access to the service if usage appears abusive, unlawful, harmful to infrastructure stability, or designed to bypass technical protections such as rate limits or tokenized download flows.
9. Copyright Concerns
If you believe the service is being used in connection with infringing activity, please contact us through the support resources provided in the application. We may review credible reports and take reasonable steps to limit misuse of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves, as platform policies change, or as legal requirements are clarified. Continued use of GenYT Pro after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
